Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship everywhere. Please be aware that your order may incur additional customs charges on arrival in your country, which you'll have to pay in order to pick up your package. 

Do you charge shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 in United States. For orders under $100, you'll pay actual shipping costs based on your location. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at sales@theasiancentre.com to initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

My order arrived damaged. Help! 

So sorry to hear it! Please contact us at info@theasiancentre.com so we can sort out a refund or send out a new order straightaway. It would be very helpful if you could include a photo of the damage so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well. 

What should i do if my order has not been Delivered?

You can keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order in your order history. If your timeslot has come and gone, you can contact us at info@theasiancentre.com.

Do you wholesale?

Yes! Please contact us at info@theasiancentre.com and we'll send you a copy of our latest line sheet.

Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at info@theasiancentre.com.

Where is my order confirmation? 

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!
